You're doing good work recording these ghost towns, soon they won't be anything but a dot on a map. I've read of this place - it started off as a coal mining company town, the local bosses were sods who wouldn't pay the miners in the cash they were owed instead they tried to force them to accept company chittys(scrip), guess what they could only spend these in the extortionate company store.After the company sort a skipped paying them properly for 5 months they went on strike. If you're looking for more interesting spot you could do worse than read a book called "Ghost towns of the west" by Florin Lambert 1960
